Our Northern China manufacturing base supports reliable sourcing, organized production and competitive cost control. Annual capacity includes 7,000,000 sqm SPC Flooring, 3,000,000 sqm SPC Wall Panel, 3,000,000 sqm Laminate Flooring and 2,000,000 sqm LVT Flooring. SGS, CE and FloorScore support is available. We already export to Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Russia, Colombia, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
SPC Flooring Production Process
High-Speed Automated Gravimetric Compounding & Dewatering
- Precision gravimetric loss-in-weight batching: 70% CaCO₃ + 25% virgin PVC SG-5
- Eco-friendly non-toxic Ca-Zn thermal stabilizers and specialized processing lubricants
- High-shear hot mix (120°C) and rapid cold mix (40°C) moisture dewatering (<0.3% moisture)
In-Line Glue-Free Thermal Fusion with Synchronized EIR Embossing
- Conical twin-screw plasticizing and wide T-die rigid core sheet extrusion (1,900–2,100 kg/m³)
- In-line thermal fusion of pure PVC wear layer and 4K decorative film under multi-roll calender
- Synchronized Embossed-in-Register (EIR) steel roller creates realistic wood-grain texture
Climate-Controlled Curing for Dimensional Stability
- Freshly extruded SPC sheets are stacked flat and conditioned before UV surface treatment
- Controlled temperature and resting time release residual thermal and mechanical stress
- Stabilized sheets improve flatness, reduce shrinkage and support consistent downstream coating
Dual Ceramic UV Protection & Multi-Stage Water Stress-Relief Annealing
- Dual-roller application of nano-Al₂O₃ ceramic UV protective lacquer
- Instant photochemical polymerization under high-intensity ultraviolet lamps
- Continuous multi-stage water tempering eliminates internal stress to help prevent warping
High-Speed Multi-Blade Sizing & PCD Diamond Click-Lock Milling
- Multi-blade longitudinal and transverse high-speed precision sizing saws
- Double-End Tenoner with multi-axis PCD diamond tooling operating at 6,000–8,000 RPM
- Micron-precision milling of glueless click-lock profiles (Unilin, Välinge, or I4F options)
4-Sided Micro-Bevel Milling & Waterproof Lacquer Edge Sealing (Optional)
- Optional precision 45° four-sided micro-bevel chamfer milling (0.3–0.5mm depth)
- Negative-pressure vacuum spray of color-matched waterborne protective lacquer
- Inline short-wave infrared drying seals edges against moisture ingress
Robotic Feeding & PUR Hot-Melt Acoustic Foam Lamination (Optional)
- Optional automated gantry robot positions and feeds planks
- Solvent-free reactive PUR hot-melt adhesive uniform coating (20–25 g/m²)
- Continuous roll-pressing of 1.0–2.0mm high-density IXPE or EVA acoustic foam pad
Final Visual Inspection, Sorting & Pre-Packaging Release
- Inspect surface finish, color and texture consistency, edge profiles and plank flatness
- Verify dimensions, click-lock fit and backing adhesion against approved order specifications
- Sort qualified planks by production lot and color shade before carton packaging
ASTM, EN & ISO Physical, Chemical and Environmental Testing
- Abrasion and micro-scratch testing verifies surface wear performance
- Tensile testing evaluates horizontal and vertical click-lock strength
- Thermal dimensional stability and curling test: 80°C oven for 6 hours
Automated Packaging, Pallet Protection & Ocean Container Bracing
- Automated piece-count cartons, L-corner protection and multi-layer stretch film
- Balanced container loading with inflatable dunnage bags for movement control
- Composite polyester cross-lashing and ISO 17712 high-security bolt seal
