Compared to click LVT flooring, Spc flooring has the following advantages:

1. Spc flooring is More Stable:
   The dimensional stability to heat of Spc flooring is ≤0.10% (80°C, 6 hours), while PVC flooring is about 2.0%.
   This means that in environments with fluctuating temperatures, PVC flooring tends to expand or shrink easily, but Spc flooring remains unaffected.

2. Spc flooring Has a Rigid Core, While LVT Flooring is Soft:
   As you know, PVC flooring installation requires strict subfloor conditions, which must be very flat or even self-leveling. Any unevenness in the subfloor will likely transfer through the surface.
   On the other hand, Spc flooring has a rigid core, which requires much less preparation of the subfloor and is easier to install. The rigid core hides subfloor imperfections and allows for longer, wider formats.
